Washington State ruled in compliance with McCleary decision

The Seattle Times reports that the Washington State Supreme Court has ruled that the State Legislature has successfully fully implemented its school funding plan. The court’s decision ends several years of debate at the Legislature and lifts the contempt order and $100,000 per day sanction placed on the state in 2014 and 2015, respectively.
